How can I obtain a copy of my receipt?
Your Order Confirmation email will contain all your order details. Also, you can view your order details by visiting the "Order Status" section under “My Account.” Simply enter the order number (from your email) and the email address used to place the order. If you are unable to find your Order Confirmation email, please contact customer support using the Contact Us Form

What is a Core Charge?
A “Core” is a term used to describe a part that can be rebuilt or recycled after it has been used. When a used part can be rebuilt or recycled, you will see a “core charge” added to your order. The core charge is to encourage the customer to return the old part instead of disposing of it. If you see a core charge, simply return the core (Original used part) to AutoNationParts.com after you are done installing the new part, and we will refund the core charge 100%.

Orders: Shipping & Tracking
Do you ship to addresses outside of the United States?
AutoNationParts.com ships only to locations within the United States. Shipment to international addresses, including Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, is not offered at this time.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address than my home address?
Yes, you can enter a different shipping address during the checkout process. Our Customer Support Team may contact you to verify the shipping address.
Can I have parts shipped to an APO or FPO address?
AutoNationParts.com does not currently offer shipping to APO or FPO addresses.
Can I have parts delivered to a PO Box?
AutoNationParts.com does not offer shipping to Post Office boxes. A physical street address is required for shipping.
How can I track my package?
Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number, simply click on the link in the email. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements
Is it possible for me to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order made on AutoNationParts.com, click here to Contact Us to request cancellation. Please note, orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Are there any exceptions to canceling my order?
Special Order items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect part?
If an item purchased from AutoNationParts.com appears to be damaged or defective, please click here to Contact Us.
If you received an incorrect part (not the part that you ordered), initiate the return process here: Contact Us.
To ensure you get the right part, enter your VIN during the shopping experience and we will validate that the part fits your vehicle.
