How can I obtain a copy of my receipt?

You can easily find your receipt attached to your original Order Confirmation email. Alternatively, you can view and print it directly through our online Order Status Portal by entering your order number and the email address used at checkout.

What is a Core Charge?

A core charge is a refundable safety deposit required by manufacturers for specific recyclable components (such as alternators or starters). When you return your old, rebuildable part ("the core") back to us in its original product box, the deposit will be fully refunded to your payment method.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Currently, AutoNationParts.com ships orders exclusively to destinations located within the United States. We do not provide international shipping services to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, or other international locations at this time.

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, you can specify a shipping destination that is completely distinct from your billing address during the checkout process. For your protection against online fraud, our secure customer verification support team may occasionally reach out to confirm your transaction details prior to fulfillment.

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?

No, we are unable to fulfill or ship orders directed to APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

No. Because we partner with ground shipping networks to guarantee prompt delivery of heavy vehicle components, a valid physical street address is strictly required to process and ship your order.

How can I track my package?

Once your package departs our facility, a shipment confirmation email containing a live tracking number will be sent to you. You can also view real-time shipping carrier updates directly inside our Order Status Portal.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation requests can only be completed if the processing team hasn't prepared or shipped your items yet. Once a package is handled by the freight carrier, the order cannot be canceled, and a regular standard return must be initiated instead.

Are there any exceptions to order cancellations?
