Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
In-stock orders typically ship within 1- 2 business days.
Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. Orders received outside of normal business hours and/or during observed holidays will be processed the following business day.
If an item is not in stock, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the item to be shipped. Some special-ordered items may take up to 5-6 business days to ship.
If an order contains multiple items, and one or more items are not available at the time of fulfillment, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to fulfill and ship the available items without delay. Payment will be collected only for items that ship and applicable portion of the shipping charges. Any applicable payment authorization for a canceled order will be released or refunded in accordance with our standard Cancellation Policy.
Items may ship directly from the manufacturer to reduce delivery times.
Normal ground shipments are typically delivered in 2-7 business days.
Shipping timeframes are estimated and subject to change due to inclement weather delays and/or shipping volume during busy periods.
Shipment contents should be inspected for accuracy immediately and issues reported withing 72 hours of receipt. Photos of the box, packing materials and contents will be required for incorrect items or order shortages.
Shipping Restrictions:
Oversized shipments may incur additional shipping/freight charges. You will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. (Additional for lift gate service)
Shipping carrier substitution may be made at our determination to reduce delivery time to the customer.
