The $700 gift card is valid only at Tire Rack and is non-transferable.
The winner will be chosen in a random drawing on or before 10/7/2024 and will be notified via email and or phone.
Affidavit Requirement: The winner must sign a release and an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. This affidavit must be notarized. Failure to return these documents within 15 business days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
W-9 Form: The winner will be required to submit a W-9 form for tax purposes.
